Information about the website www.murmures-visites.com and the Murmures mobile app, as required by French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). This English version is a courtesy translation; the French text is the binding one.

3. Intellectual property
Every element making up the Murmures website and app (texts, written and recorded narration, voices, illustrations, interfaces, brand, logo, edited itineraries, research knowledge base) is protected by copyright, trade mark law and database rights.
Any reproduction, display, distribution, extraction or re-use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Murmures is prohibited and constitutes infringement within the meaning of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The name “Murmures”, the monogram and the sound identity of the cities are distinctive signs of Murmures. [INPI trade mark filing: to be completed where applicable]
4. Historical content
The cultural and historical content published in the app is written from verified documentary sources. Despite the care taken over its accuracy, it is provided for cultural and narrative purposes; it is not a scientific reference work. Any error can be reported to contact@murmures-visites.com; it will be checked and corrected.
5. Liability
Murmures does everything it can to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the website and the app, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Walks take place on public roads, under the sole responsibility of the visitor: keep an eye on traffic, on the tides and on your surroundings. A city tells itself better when you are looking at it.
6. Reporting content
Under the LCEN, anyone may report content they consider unlawful by writing to contact@murmures-visites.com, stating the address of the content, a description of it and the grounds for the report.
7. Governing law
The website and the app are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts alone shall have jurisdiction. Under articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [appointed mediator, to be completed before launch].
